Non-religion Love -- 100th stamp by XxDiaLinnxX Non-religion Love -- 100th stamp by XxDiaLinnxX
To many, Christianity is nothing more or less than some set of rules and "cult-like" rituals that one has to follow in order to be a good moral person and not go to hell.
That is not true Christianity.
True Christianity is not a "religion"; rather, it is having a right and personal relationship with God through accepting Jesus Christ as the Savior from your sins.
Sure, it does have “rules and rituals” to follow and study (baptism, communion, prayer, etc.) & (do not murder, love one another, etc.).
However, these rituals and rules are not the essence of Christianity. They are the result of salvation. When we receive salvation through Jesus Christ, we are baptized as a proclamation of that faith. We observe communion in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice. We follow a list of "do’s and don’ts" out of love for God and gratitude for what He has done, not because we "have" to do them.

Religion tends to substitute the heartless observance of rituals for a genuine relationship with God. The fact that Christianity seems like an "organized religion" is both true and false. In the case, it could better be called an “organized relationship.”
No matter how many corrupted leaders have tried to change how Christianity works due to over-observance with its rituals and rules, overall it's faith system is very organized and thorough about it's beliefs:

- There is no plan to reach God (He has reached out to us—Romans 5:8).
-There is no pride (all is received by grace—Ephesians 2:8-9).
-There should be no conflict over leadership (Christ is the head—Colossians 1:18).
-There should be no prejudice (we are all one in Christ—Galatians 3:28).

Being organized is not the problem. Focusing on the rules and rituals of a religious perspective is the problem.
